The website introduces our studio and links to our Etsy shop. Product availability, prices, delivery, returns, payment and order terms are shown on the relevant Etsy listing and are also subject to Etsy's marketplace terms and policies. If information differs, the live Etsy listing and checkout information apply to that order.

You are responsible for checking names, wording and other details you provide. We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person's rights. Timescales for bespoke work are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Access is limited to people authorised by Beam & Bloom Studio. You must keep account credentials secure, grant only the permissions needed, and use the tool lawfully and in line with Meta's terms. We may suspend access to protect accounts, investigate misuse or maintain the service. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Unless stated otherwise, this site's branding, copy, layouts and original images or designs belong to Beam & Bloom Studio or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal use, but may not copy, sell, scrape, republish or create derivative commercial material without written permission.

You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse connected APIs, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or another party's rights.

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Etsy, Meta, Vercel and other external services operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website or an external service.
