User data deletion

You can disconnect the Beam & Bloom Studio Meta app and ask us to delete personal information associated with your Facebook or Instagram connection at any time.
Disconnect through Meta
- Open Facebook or Meta Account Centre settings.
- Find Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Select Beam & Bloom Studio and choose Remove or Disconnect.
Send us a deletion request
Email privacy@beamandbloomstudio.com with the subject Meta data deletion request.
Include the name and email associated with the connection and, if relevant, the Facebook Page or Instagram handle. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What happens next
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. We will normally complete a valid request within one calendar month and confirm when it is finished.
We will delete or de-identify access tokens, Meta account or Page identifiers, connected profile details, stored drafts or media, and associated publishing logs that we control, unless limited information must be retained for security, legal or regulatory reasons.
Removing the integration stops future access but may not remove posts already published to Facebook or Instagram. You can delete those posts directly on the relevant platform.
